Antique Victorian-era portrait of boy in sailor
suit. Includes a framed photo of the identical image, probably the
source of the chalk drawing. pencil notes on the back of the photo
indicate the the subject is James Walters Blank-- (unreadable). The
notes also indicate eye color, hair color, etc. suggesting that the
subject and artist never met one another. Not a particularly expensive
piece, but I think one of the more fascinating items in my collection.
