OUR THREE DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

     We do our best to disclose all of the information we know about every product we sell. We make every effort to make the product  descriptions as objective as possible, without "puffing" products. But we are not perfect. So, if in our judgment an item was misrepresented, you may return it within three days of your receiving it  Nearly all of the merchandise we offer for sale comes from estate sales in the Pennsylvania Dutch region. This area is rich in its tradition of holding estate auctions; they are practically a way of life here. The area is also rich in desirable merchandise, since Pennsylvania Germans are well-known as collectors of everything from dolls, to porcelain, to primitives, to Civil War memorabilia. They also keep their things in pristine condition, as anyone who has traveled through and seen the farms of Lancaster County can attest.  That is why our merchandise is generally exceptional; and why very few of our buyers return what they buy from us.
